Speaker Bio:

Ivvette Hofrichter is a security and technology leader with over a decade of experience building and transforming organizations at the intersection of engineering, AI, and product thinking. Currently serving as Security Engineering Manager at Shamrock Trading Corporation, she is partnering with other leaders in the space to scale and modernize an enterprise information security organization from the ground up — introducing Agile methodologies, restructuring the team into specialized domains, and standing up a first-of-its-kind AI Security function, all within her first 90 days.

Her path to security is anything but traditional. She has led engineering teams at Honeywell Aerospace, built and launched the SideKick AI Tax Pro Assistant at H&R Block in partnership with OpenAI, and managed security engineering teams responsible for custom tooling and AI-based fraud detection. She brings a practitioner’s mindset to everything she touches — focused on what actually works, not just what looks good on a roadmap.

Ivvette is a national conference speaker, Design for Six Sigma certified, trilingual in English, Spanish and French, and a first-degree black belt in Krav Maga. She believes the most powerful thing a security professional can build is not a tool or a process — it is a team that knows how to move together.
