Topic: Increasing the Cybersecurity Talent Pipeline

EnterpriseKC is a non-profit 501(c)3 “Think and Do” tank focused on enterprise development, innovation, and job growth within high value, high opportunity industry clusters. Cybersecurity is unique in that it affects all clusters, and with 12,000 jobs open in Kansas and Western Missouri, the need for more talent is immense.

Speaker Bio: Before joining EnterpriseKC, Jay spent 10 years in Higher Education connecting non-traditional students to career-focused degrees. 

 

He joined EKC for the opportunity to accelerate economic development in his hometown and to work for an organization dedicated to impacting multiple stakeholders including women, transitioning military, rural, and underserved communities for the good of the region.
