Provide remote deployment support and administration of operating systems
Work directly with LightEdge Solutions’ end-clients
Identify, correct, and advise on incidents related to client OS services
Accept escalated service requests and incidents related to operating system issues or management
Effectively communicate project status to project managers and clients
Co-development and implementation of OS image repository, hardening policies, and automation
Testing of proposed solutions within lab environments when applicable
Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
Create and maintain deployment guides in coordination with other subject matter experts
Continuous service delivery innovation, improvement, and education
Minimum 40 hours/week required
